Violation explanation

Why was this action taken against my account:

Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads in any way. This includes any implementation that may cause accidental clicks, such as:

• Placing ads near clickable content such as flash games, site links, or any navigation bars
• Implementing the ads in a way that they might be mistaken for other site content
• Ad implementation which can be overlapped with drop-down or expandable content

ADS AND CONTENT OVERLAP: As stated in our program policies, publishers are not permitted to alter the behavior of Google ads in any way. This includes placing ads so that they cover any part of the site content or parts of a webpage to cover any portion of the ads. If your site has drop-down menus they are not permitted to cover the ads.

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way. In order to maintain a good user experience, it is important for publishers to clearly distinguish Google ads from site content. This includes, but is not limited to: Site layouts which push content below the fold, making it hard for users to distinguish content and Google ads.

Publishers should also consider how the implementation will look on mobile optimized sites as well. More information about this policy can be found in our help center.

Payment

As your account has been permanently disabled, we will withhold payment of your account balance. As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms), Google reserves the right to withhold payments from publishers due to any breach of the program agreement. Please note that this step was taken in an effort to maintain the quality of the AdSense program and to protect the interests of our AdWords advertisers. The earnings on your account will be returned to the affected advertisers.

Sites Disabled

Since your account was found to be in violation of our program policies, all of the sites you were monetizing have had ad-serving disabled and they are no longer eligible for participation in the AdSense program.

No further accounts

Please note that further participation in the AdSense program by publishers whose accounts have been disabled is prohibited.
